When you work with me, you work directly with me — on every tour and every step of the process. I narrow the search strategically so you’re only seeing apartments that truly make sense for you.

I focus exclusively on leases of 12 months or longer and don’t handle short-term rentals.

Typical starting price points:

Studios from $1,900

1 Bedrooms from $2,400

2 Bedrooms from $3,800

3 Bedrooms from $5,600

If your search falls below these ranges, I may not be the right fit — and that’s completely okay.

There is no cost to work with me. I’m compensated directly by the buildings.
